Here you are looking at the VCC1-B3A xo from Vectron providing quartz stabilized square wave generator with a CMOS output. This is commonly used as a stabilized clock signal on demanding system in which the normal crystal type of oscillation can't provide. Applications include Sonet/SDH; digital video; clock to ADC/DAC and low jitter PLL's.
Note that there are input pins for output diable feature . Just leave it open to enable the output. Note that they are in smt package with 5x7.5mm dimension.
