Damask The term Damask originally referred to ornamental silk fabrics, which were elaborately woven in colours, sometimes with the addition of gold and other metallic threads. Our no hassle return policy
If within two weeks of receiving it you wish to return your purchase let us know. You may return any stock item providing it is unused. We will refund your purchase price upon receiving the product in it's original condition. (We ask that you pay for the shipping). Please just contact us first so we know the item is being returned.
*Note: If the item is custom made for you, we only accept returns for material defects or errors on our part.

Combined ShippingYou may combine as many stencil auctions as you wish. As the shipping cost will vary depending on size and method, your invoice will reflect the highest shipping charge of the items you have ordered. This may also be combined with some other product types we sell.
*Note:We can not discount or refund shipping after you have already paid for your items. If you would like your shipping combined, please order all of your items on the same day, or just let us know you are still shopping so we can invoice your order properly.
Shipping Over Borders.We try to ship to any country that we are able to; however shipping over borders can potentially pose some challenges.
Please be aware that there can be tarifs (extra charges), or hoops to jump through to get your purchase delivered to you. We will do our best to help you if needed; but once we ship the item:
-Is is your responsibility to resolve any customs issues or pay any additional fees.
-We do not refund for over borders: shipping damage, fees or non-delivery.
-Please do not ask us to label customs forms as a gift (that would be mail fraud)
