Here's a chance to own a genuine authentic piece of telecommunications history !! Here we have the Motorola Dynatac 8000x ,'the brick phone or the shoe phone' as it became known! It's the original and first commercially available mobile phone ever !! possibly the rarest,most iconic, most sort after and collectable mobile phone around , the ultimate 80s yuppie phone as immortalised by a certain Gordon Gekko Wall Street ! It is from 1987, it has the relevant serial and model numbers to validate its authenticity. Unfortunately it will not power up anymore although it did a couple of years ago, probably just needs new battery pack ,it does have a few age related scuffs and no box I'm afraid.
