Short Cut:
REVELPROG IS is a professional tool for serial memory programming. Programmer supports wide range of serial memories with I2C, SPI or MICROWIRE (uWire) protocols such as EEPROM, FRAM and FLASH devices. It is compatible with low-voltage chips, e.g. with 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and 5V power supply. It has integrated ZIF socket for THT devices and SOIC socket for SMD devices. It has also connector for In-circuit Serial Programming (ICSP). Power and communication via USB 2.0 interface. Dedicated software is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8 (32 & 64bit). Free software and firmware updates via internet.

Applications:
Serial memory programming in:
car electronics & automotive (radio-code, immobilisers, gps navigations, mileage correction and other modules with serial EEPROM and/or FLASH memories),
refreshing, upgrading and programming BIOS chips (in motherboards, copier & fax machines, printers etc.),
RTV/AGD maintaining or repairing (TV, digital cameras etc.),
and many other devices equipped with serial IIC / SPI / Microwire EEPROM and SPI FLASH chips.
Main Features:
reading / writing / erasing functions with user-friendly application interface,
supported binary image files (*.bin, *.rom, *.epp etc.) and Intel-Hex (*.hex),
programming with integrated socket or with ICSP (In-Circuit Serial Programming),
the target application device can be either powered by
REVELPROG (1.8V / 2.5V / 3.3V / 5.0V)
or powered by an application with external power supply (1.5 – 5.0V),
overcurrent limitation on target supply (reduces the risk of damaging parts because of operator error),
all I/O internal-connected only during programming,
integrated socket (ZIF48 or ZIF32 + SOIC16) with auto adaptive
I/O function (single socket – many various memories – no need adaptors),
software and firmware upgrades are freely available for all users on the
Internet.

Updates are free of charge. Update consist of software update (pc application) and firmware update (software inside the device). Latest software can be downloaded directly from our webpage. You will be informed by the software about possible updates after connecting out of date device.
