Lighting Supply Group will ship your order usually within 1-4 business days of order confirmation but occasionally it can take up to 10 days.
Some Ergodyne products are shipped same day.
Lighting Supply Group will ship to the lower 48 US states and to all countries that qualifies for the eBay Global Shipping Program.
Free UPS ground shipping on all orders and each additional item is shipped for free.
Expedited shipping available for an additional surcharge.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return your item within 30 days of receipt.
To initiate a return, please open a return request on eBay.
-Item must be in NEW and UNUSED condition.
-All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued.
-Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and the Return Packing Slip.
-Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returns. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping.
-All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as FedEx, UPS or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options).
-Shipping Costs are non-refundable unless the error lies with Lighting Supply Group, all other instance Buyer pays for return shipping.
-We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments.
