I have owned this car for eight years and it has been totally reliable. It is still in good mechanical order but now requires welding mainly around the offside rear inner wing. The body has a few minor dents, the near side front wings paintwork has faded and the lacquer has lifted on a small patch on the bonnet. The paintwork is showing its age but the car still runs well but the radio and central locking does not work from the key. I have replaced many parts over the years such as new Bilstein shocks and strut top bearings. The cam belt, tensioners and cam variator were replaced at about 126000 miles and the car has had welding repairs along the inner sill floorpan area and nearside boot floor inner wing joint. I serviced the car last at 145000 miles and renewed all the brake pads and front discs. Their is a slight blowing from the flexible section of the exhaust ( I think exhaust wrap should get it through an MOT) but the rest of the system was renewed shortly before the car was taken off the road and there is some rust on the brake pipes. The car has been off the road for the last two years waiting until I have time to repair it but as I have other Alfa,s that require my TLC I have realised that I just don't have the time or energy as I get older to look after seven cars. I am therefore reluctantly offering it for spares or repair with no reserve. IMPORTANT As there is no reserve I have removed the door mirrors which are in good condition, these being worth a few bob. If the bidding goes over £150 I will put them back on and include them in the sale rather than have the bother of listing them separately. I am also keeping the new battery but this can be used to drive the car onto a trailer. The tyres have 3mm of tread and three are Goodyear eagle NCT 5,s. The other is a Monza.  The car has two keys including the master keyI have given an honest description in the hope someone will want to put the old girl back on the road as she is great to drive and these cars are now very rare.
