Back: Measure length of pet’s back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
Neck: Measure the circumference of pet’s neck for a snug fit. No need to add inches as you would with a collar.
Chest/Girth: Measure girth by wrapping tape measure around the body at the broadest part of the chest and add 1”.

will refund the price of the item minus the postage cost to send
original package to you. For exchanges, you are responsible for the

both ways. For refunds, you are given the price of the item less the postage paid to ship to you. Please email before returning any item. Returns must be in new condition with original tags and/or packaging. All dog hair must be removed from the item.
Any damaged or defective items should be reported within 5 days of receipt.
