Mill Outlets is a fast-growing online retailer based in Northamptonshire, United Kingdom.  Our range of quality products has been developed over the last 40 years from exclusively hand knitting yarns and haberdashery into a wide range of products including home textiles, knitting wools, soft  furnishings, ladies nightwear, professional chefs wear and much more.

In addition to our popular ranges of regular products at low prices we obtain parcels of chain store over-makes and other mill clearances which means we can then offer customers amazing value.

At Mill Outlets our customers always come first, we have friendly and helpful staff available 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday-Friday to take your call or email.

Payment Information:

• PayPal - This is our preferred method of payment.
• Credit and Debit Cards are accepted through PayPal without the need for a PayPal account.

Shipping:

 We only provide a mail order service and collection of items is not possible.

• The postal charge quoted covers all costs of packaging and shipping including VAT.
• Orders taken up to 12pm will usually be despatched the same working day and we aim to despatch all items within 2 working days of receiving payment. Rugs and mats may take up to 3 working days to be despatched.
• Orders up to 4kg are sent by Royal Mail and should be received within 3-5 working days of despatch - items over 4kg are sent by courier.
• Items that are sent by express delivery on Friday will not be delivered until Monday. Any express delivery items that are ordered on Friday after 12pm will not be despatched until Monday.
• Unfortunately we are not able to offer an express delivery service to postal addresses in the Scottish Highlands, UK Isles, Northern Ireland and International deliveries.  Please contact us for further information.
• We combine postage costs on multiple purchases which can be sent in one shipment.   Please request a combined invoice prior to making your payment.
• For UK deliveries only, you will be charged postage only for the heaviest item. The maximum charge for this will be £8.99 up to 30Kg. 
• Unfortunately, we cannot deliver international parcels over 2kg and postage charges are calculated on a weight basis.
• The buyer is liable for any delay in delivery or the return/loss of an item if we are provided with an incorrect or incomplete address.

Returns:
For customers based in the UK, unwanted items may be returned to us if we are informed within 14 days of receipt, unless it is one of products listed below.   Customers then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
We will refund the buyer for the item and the original delivery charge to the value of our cheapest postage option.  The customer is responsible for returning the item and for the cost of the return postage.  We also recommend getting “Proof of Postage” from the Post Office.

If the item is faulty please email customers@milloutlets.co.uk or call us on 01788 890966 to obtain a Returns Number.  We will reimburse the original costs and reasonable return postage costs up to a maximum of our delivery cost.

For Customers based outside the UK, we are able to offer a returns policy, but the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items.  On receipt of the item we will refund the price of the item.   If the item is faulty or damaged please email customers@milloutlets.co.uk .

Please read all of the Product Description and Information to ensure that you are satisfied that you are ordering the correct item before committing to do so.  Please note that Knitting Patterns are instructions of how to knit the item in the image and not the actual finished garment.
