All received items must be opened near courier before signing to inspect the condition of the product as a regulation any item that is purchased online and sent by shipping service is a responsibility of shipping service for item to be in condition it was packed , this is why any complains of item being broken defective outside is responsibility of shipping company , any complain about defect must be sent to the shipping service you received item from and if any damage is seen you must not accept the package. All accepted parcels with outside transport defects will not be considered for return.

All items from our shop come from broken cars, scrapyards or individual refurbished please note that they are all used, and might have slight scratches and small visual defects, all navigation units are tested internally and will be Replaced under our warranty if any problem OCCURS that is not described in the listing .
