About Color
All photos are
taken from the actual products, however, colour difference is hard to avoid for
online sales. Generally we adjust colours to match the item as closed as
possible,but there might be a little variation under different lighting and
monitor. We have the widest range of colours in Australia, and possibly in many
other countries. If you need a very specific colour please ensure to check with
us before buying.
About packaging
It is impossible
to count the quantity of each pack. To be practical, we do so by weighing, and
normally add in 2-3% to ensure more rather than less.
We do combined
packaging for more than one pack of same colour/size, and will label on the
package to note the total amount.
About delivery time frame
The store owner
and her assistant are both full-time workers and part-time ebayers. Please
understand we ONLY dispatch in the following morning during the week for orders
made before 8pm. Standard delivery within Australia is 2-5 working days, and
5-10 days internationally.
DO NOT urge us for the same day delivery.
Express will also be dispatched overnight via Australia Post.
About after sales:
We are committed
to providing the best quality of both products and service. Therefore we
manually package most of the items, spending relatively large amount of time on
handling. If errors occur, please make sure to contact us PRIOR leaving
