• All badges, carbon brushes and soft covers as well as small accessory items are sent by Royal Mail. All postal items are recorded on our postage system and we use Business PPI postal system under license from the Royal Mail.
• All heavier items for eg Semi rigid plastic wheel covers, chrome metal ring wheel covers and wheel trims, car mats, roof racks, etc are sent by Couriers
• Tracking information can be provided upon request for on line website live tracking.
• Carriage rates to other worldwide destinations can also be obtained on request
• Multi sales - Postal discounts are available for all multi sale items. On most products on Ebay the postal discounts will automatically be calculated for you. Contact us for more details on a product by product basis.

• We offer a full refund on any item returned within 14 days after positive feedback is left.
• If any item arrives damaged we will offer a free replacement upon return
• Return postage is not refundable
• For Chrome metal wheel covers we do not accept refunds if the Anti Scratch shrink films have been peeled off.
• Where the incorrect size information was supplied by the customer we will offer a new size and send this to the customer without any repackaging charges however the carriage for return of the old box and the sending of the new box must be paid.
• Where the item has been damaged by the courier company we will work with the customer and lodge a claim with the courier company and for this we will need photographs and other supporting documents from the customer.
• Any refunds given will be credited back using the same payment method as the original payment for eg Paypal
