 This is a BRAND NEW Green POLICE UNIFORM JACKET from HORACE SMALL in MEN'S SIZE 40 R. It is INSULATED with polyester foam in a quilted lining and has a Black FAUX FUR COLLAR.  The rib knit cuffs are hidden under the long sleeves. The GOLD BUTTONS are embossed with 'P'. The 2 outer pockets close with a button flap and have a side entry for hands. There is 1 interior pocket.
