Collection details:

The substantial metal case makes this a fantastic display piece for any dedicated Prisoner collector.

Also included is an original vintage Prisoner television industry promotional poster, acquired directly from a former television producer who worked on the series.

This is not part of the commercially released DVD collection.

The poster features original black-and-white promotional photography, Grundy Organisation branding, the programme's original production credits, cast information and television sales synopsis.

Of particular historical interest, the poster advertises the programme's initial 42 x 48-minute episode format, connecting it to the early promotional history of Prisoner.

The producer retained the poster among his personal collection of original television and film production materials.

A wonderful additional piece of provenance and television history to accompany the complete DVD collection.
