This process ensures that all of the layers remain attached to each other for the life of the cover. You can take the cover to compare it to any cover of the same vehicle size and number of layers at AutoZone or Pepboys and see that the cover is heavier. This is because the gram rating is higher than the gram rating of other comparable car covers, which is the car cover industry standard way of measuring price and quality of the layers.

2 seam technologies used (see below), allowing our covers to be durable and 100% waterproof....including at the seams. Other sellers won't show videos of their products in action because they are only waterproof at the center of the cover and not at the seams. Seams are the most common water penetration points on all car covers because a seam occurs anytime two materials are joined together. If a cover is not waterproof at the seams, then the cover is not 100% waterproof because seams run all over the top and sides of all car covers sold on the market today.

4 Scratch Free Grommet Holes = More Protection Against Wind

Our covers come with 4 grommet tie down holes located at the front, rear, left, and right sides as well as elastic on the front and rear to provide more protection against wind gusts. All other car covers offer 2 grommets on the left and right sides only, which allow the front and rear to blow upwards leaving your vehicle unprotected. All grommets on the market are made of a hard plastic material that rubs against a vehicle's paint. Our grommets are lined with a soft material on the inside to prevent the grommet from ever touching your vehicle's paint. Some car covers use underbody straps to lock down car covers to vehicles. When straps are locked down tight against a vehicles paint, it can scratch the car when wind blows because the straps are made of a rigid nylon material that is rubbing against your front and rear fenders. Even if you cut off and remove the straps, the base of the straps cannot be cutoff and can scratch your paint.

Use state of the art machines to cut  covers with the least amount of "connected" material pieces possible, resulting in a stronger and more durable car cover. Out dated machinery can result in "connecting" over 15 pieces of material that can result in a weaker cover with more potential for elements to penetrate the cover.

Fade Resistant Solution Dyed Eco-Friendly Fabrics. Also called "dope-dyeing" the high-performance polyamide fibers require no dyeing after weaving, saving water and energy consumption and slashing waste water, a byproduct of traditional surface dye processing. The color is added to the polymer before it is extruded into yarn form for maximum fade resistance. Each fiber is a solid color, NOT surfaced dyed. Using solution-dyed fibers can save as much as 1,000 gallons of water for every 1,000 yards of fabric produced. Only 100% non-hazardous and eco-friendly UV coatings are used.

1 Seam Technology Tears Over Time - Combination of 2 Seam Technologies

The weakest points on all car covers are at the seams: where two pieces of material are joined together. All car covers have seams because they are made of multiple pieces of material. Most other covers will only feature a single seam technology to save costs due to double the amount of labor needed to apply two seam technologies to a single cover. Our covers combine two seam technologies to maximize durability and protection.

1st Double Stitched Seam for Strength - A base layer of double stitched seams are used, allowing the cover to flex and move as it is stressed. This prevents the seams from splitting over time when blowing in the wind and from the daily pulling required to apply and remove the cover. A hot welded seam by itself becomes rigid and cracks over time.

2nd Hot Welded Seam for Waterproofing - A hot welded seam is placed over the stitched seam, fully sealing the seams shut from all water, acid rain, tree sap, and bird droppings making the cover 100% waterproof and flexible at the same time.

Hydrogen is the simplest, lightest element in the universe, but its energy content is the highest per unit of weight of any
fuel (52,000 BTUs/pound). It is made up of a single proton with one electron. Because of its simplicity, it is believed by
some that hydrogen is the root of all elements. While hydrogen always exists in conjunction with other elements, such as
in water (H 2 O), it must be separated from these elements and is therefore considered an energy carrier, as opposed to
an energy source.

Hydrogen burns readily with oxygen, releasing considerable energy as heat and producing only water as exhaust. When
hydrogen burns in air (which is mostly nitrogen), some oxides of nitrogen (NOx, contributors to smog and acid rain) can be
formed, but much fewer pollutants are formed than when normal hydrocarbon fuels such as gasoline and diesel are
burned. Because no carbon is involved, using hydrogen fuel eliminates carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and does not
contribute to global warming.

Hydrogen Generator Creates Hydroxy Gas which enters your car through the air intake.  This gas mixes with your fuel/air
mixture, which increases combustion and more efficient burning of the fuels.  This provides better gas mileage as less
gas is being wasted as well as increases power and lowers emissions.

Hydrogen is ideal for secondary energy, i.e., electricity. Hydrogen can be combusted directly, added to natural gas or
gasoline to reduce emissions, or stored for use in fuel cells. Hydrogen fuel cells are currently used aboard the U.S. Space
Shuttle Program to run all the electrical systems, and crewmembers are able to drink the sterile water that is a byproduct
of fuel cell use. At present, NASA is the largest user of hydrogen power in the U.S.; other common venues for hydrogen
use at present are chemical production, petroleum refining, metals treating, and electrical applications.

A common method of hydrogen procurement is through electrolysis of water. This method uses electricity derived from
any fuel (including renewables) to split water into its component parts of hydrogen (H 2 ) and oxygen (O)

Hydrogen generators create a "hydroxy" gas.  When this gas is added to your cars fuel system it increases the combustion
of the and more power is created, giving you car better gas mileage, increased performance and more horsepower.  This
process could be compared to using high grade gasoline in your engine, which lasts longer and gives car more
performance.
Your cars, internal combustion engine has an approximate energy efficiency of 25% or less, and 75% of the energy
created by the air/fuel mixture in your engine is wasted in a form of gases and heat that leave your exhaust.  By adding
hydrogen gas to your cars air/fuel mixture you increase your engines efficiency.  This gives you better gas mileage since
lass gas is wasted.
The reason this works is because the added “hydroxy” gas bring the temperature to a level that makes the fuel vaporize
more efficiently thus increasing the combustion process in your engine.
Using hydrogen generators will increase your gas mileage, horsepower by the increased combustion of fuel.  In addition
to saving money on gas, you will also cut down on your exhaust emissions since less fuel is being consumed, which
benefits the environment.
