If you do not want this part, 1) You may return the UNOPENED & UNUSED part within 14 days of delivery for a full refund “ The Plug Seal & Warranty stickers must not have been TAMPERD, ALTERED or REMOVED for a full Refund minus Shipping & Handling “ . 2) After 14 days refund “ along with The Plug Seal & Warranty stickers being TAMPERD, ALTERED or REMOVED a 25% restocking fee will be charged for Prepping, Rebuilding, Programming Cost & Tech Time’. minus any shipping and handling. 3) Misdiagnoses Refunds– If the part was misdiagnosed or part was installed for testing there is a 50% restocking fee off of the refund”. The returned part must be in the same condition and working as when we shipped it to you. We do not pay refund return shipping charges and our Core Return label may not be used for a refund return. WARRANY INFORMATION
WARRANY INFORMATION Upon Return & Receiving your CORE your Warranty will be Activated. The computer comes with a 1 Year Warranty, prorated after 6 months or 12,000mi/19,300km with return of your re-buildable core. Core must be returned in 14 days of you receiving our unit. If a core is not returned or rebuildable you will be charged a core charge and your warranty will be void. Warranty is subject to ACS approval. The warranty is non-transferrable. Warranty applies only to original purchaser. Must send in defected unit first and present receipt to honor warranty. No warranty will be honored without receipts of purchase or with out defected in hand. When you ship us your old part, be sure to include copy of invoice purchase in the package. Please write on the invoice what is wrong with the defected unit! If a unit is lost we do not honor warranty and you must do a new purchase. Free ground shipping is offered 1 time with UPS 6-10 business days at time of purchase going to the buyer, any other shipping coming or going for R&R Services, R&R Warranty or Warranty must be paid by buyer. If other shipping methods are needed please contact us for further arrangements. THE WARRANTY COVERS your part from failure, EXCLUDING collision, oil and water damage. In addition, if the part is damaged due to pre-existing electrical shorts in your vehicle, you may be subject to a replacement charge. Please verify that your wiring harness, grounds, sensors, battery, battery terminals and all other components are in good working condition before installing your new computer. We do NOT pay for any reimbursements such as shipping, legal fees, lost wages, car rentals, towing bills, storage fees, Mechanics labor or parts.
