"Deep purple" powder coated Hammond cast aluminum enclosure.
Originally a microphone preamp.
Functions as a nice boost/overdrive with ample output.
Responsive to guitar volume changes, single coils and guitar volume knob usage suggested.
Master input can function as a "Mic Input" or "Magentic Phono Input" using the MC/PH toggle.
All three original NPN transistors, each from the correct hFE (gain) groups.
Nichicon "Muse" series capacitors
Metal switchcraft 1/4" jacks, shielded cables on input and output.
CNC cut case graphics and circuit board.
The master stomp switch is wired for true bypass operation.
Powder coated cast aluminum case measures 1.25" H x 2.39" W x 4.41" L (lid included in measurement)
Internal regulator and voltage multiplication.
9Volt negative center DC 200+mA with a 5.5 x 2.1 mm barrel plug required. No internal battery.
This effect can be used with the Voodoo labs PP2+, BBE Supa Charger and similar 9V DC supplies that offer 200mA rated outlets. Plug # 5 or 6 (BBE and PP2+) must be used with the small slide switch set toward normal. Holes 1-4 are are only rated at 100mA.
