When will Guild Wars 2 be released ?

Guild Wars 2 will be released on August 28, 2012. Those who pre-purchased the game will be able to participate in three days of Headstart Access, and those who pre-ordered the game will be able to participate in one day of Headstart Access.

When will Headstart Access begin for Guild Wars 2 ?

Headstart Access will begin for those who pre-purchased Guild Wars 2 three days before release, on August 25, 2012. Headstart Access will begin on August 27, 2012, for those who pre-ordered the game.

What is the difference between a Pre-Purchase and a Pre-Order ?

A Guild Wars 2 Pre-Purchase involves buying the game in advance—that is, making full payment either through our website or through one of our authorized retailers. Those who pre-purchase Guild Wars 2 earn special benefits, including guaranteed access to our Beta Weekend Events, admittance to the game three days before release during the Headstart Access period, and the Hero's Band, a fantastic in-game item that provides a boost to your character in everything from power to critical damage. Those who pre-purchase the game will receive a Guild Wars 2 Pre-Purchase serial code from the seller. This code provides access to all the privileges listed above. The Guild Wars 2 Pre-Purchase is offered for the Digital, Digital Deluxe, and Collector's Editions of the game.

A Guild Wars 2 Pre-Order is a commitment to purchase Guild Wars 2 through an authorized retailer. Pre-ordering usually involves making a modest deposit. Those who pre-order Guild Wars 2 will be given a special serial code from their retailer that allows them one day of Headstart Access to the game.

Will I be able to download the game prior to Headstart Access ?

All players who pre-purchase or pre-order Guild Wars 2 will be able to download the client prior to release to expedite entry to the Headstart Access.

What is the Hero's Band ?

The Hero's Band is an in-game ring that will be available to every character on your account. When worn by your character, the ring provides the following benefits: +2 Power, +2 Precision, +2 Toughness, +2 Vitality, +2 Condition Damage, +2% Critical Damage, +2 Healing.

When you log in to Guild Wars 2 and create a character, you will be able to obtain the Hero's Band via the in-game mail system. This item is available after the release of Guild Wars 2.

Every customer will have to go to https://register.guildwars2.com and follow the on-screen instructions to create a Guild Wars 2 account and apply the Pre-Purchase serial code. This will give them access to Beta Weekend Events, the Hero's Band digital item, and three-day Headstart Access to the final game.

When Guild Wars 2 launches, customers will need to return to the retailer with proof of Pre-Purchase Code in order to receive the full Standard Edition box and the retail serial code and you have to pay Full Game Price to the retailer. They'll need to apply this retail serial code to their Guild Wars 2 account within five days of launch to continue playing without interruption.

Shipping Terms

Since we do not yet have a retail store local pickups are not possible, regardless of any situation. Also there may be times that we may ran out of stock locally in turn we may not be quick enough to take the product out from the eBay store prior your purchase. So if you need any product in within a time limit please contact us before placing your order. However usually even if we are out of stock we usually get the product back in stock within 3-5 business days.

Please note, purchase made on Friday after 2 PM will be shipped on Monday morning.

Return Policy

Computer Valley covers in full for items dead on arrival or any sort of damages that occurred in our warehouse or whilst the package is being shipped. If you believe the item is not working properly then we will provide you with a free exchange of the same product according to our customer satisfaction policy.

But if you would like to return the product for any other reasons besides the ones stated above then we reserve the rights to decline or accept the return. If we do accept the return, we will be issue a RMA to return the product at your own cost. If the product is unopened with all accessories we will give a full refund excluding the shipping cost. Opened product will be subject to a restocking fees of 10% to 25% since we have to sell that product as opened box product.
