Shipping
We aim to despatch items the next working day after payment has been made. Please be aware if sending a cheque payment must clear the bank before item is shipped. Items will need to be signed for on delivery so please ensure you provide a suitable daytime address for shipping. At time of purchasing please provide a daytime contact number should we be using couriers this will ensure there will be no delay in getting the item to you.
When your item reaches you please check the packaging to ensure no damage has been done during transit. In the unlikely event of any damage, please make the driver aware before signing for delivery and make sure the damage is logged. If damage has been done and goods are signed for without making the couriers aware we are unable to refund or replace.

Returns
Buy with confidence, we offer a 7 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you wish to return your item please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Goods must be returned within 7 days in original packaging and in the same condition. Once received, refund will be made the same way original payment was made less courier/postage costs. Should the item need to be returned due to wrong item being despatched we will cover all costs.
