Terms & Conditions

1. The customer agrees that once the order is processed (ie, paypal payment made) through our fully automated system, it is not possible to cancel the order.

2. Please note: the unlock code supplied by us is unique to the phone's imei number supplied by you, it will not work on any other phone.

3.  We do not and cannot unblock any mobile phones that have had there unique  IMEI numbers blacklisted (barred) by the network provider. If your mobile phone has been barred by a network ie, reported lost or stolen or is subjected to claim on insurance and you chose to order from us, then no refund will be provided as we only supply the unlock codes and not any other services/codes to unblock mobile phones as its illegal by UK law. Please check that the phone is not barred before ordering your unlock code.

4. Please be aware that most mobile phone's only allow a certain amount of unlock code attempts before the phone locks out where even the correct code will not unlock the phone (Nokia phone's only allow three unlock by code attempts).  Before ordering a unlock code from us the customers must check that the phone has not been subject to any incorrect unlock code attempts.  If you have exceeded the permitted number of attempts that you can enter the unlock code, please do not order another unlock code. Once you’ve placed your order, no refund is available in this circumstance.

5. If no unlock code is found in the database for your imei number a full refund of the original payment will be made by us.  A full refund is voided if your phone has had too many invalid attempts by using wrong code/s, please contact us beforehand if you have tried any unlock codes already or are not sure if unlock code attempts have already been made. Also, the full money back guarantee does not apply where customers have sought an alternative unlocking solution before receiving the completed service from us.

6. If you think you have been supplied with an invalid code or code error message, you must first agree to allow us to attempt to obtain the correct code.  Please do not enter incorrect codes repeatedly in to the phone as this will result in the phone being permanently locked.

7. We reserve the right to seek further evidence to support all customer refund claims
