? A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) is required for all returned packages Please contact us to get an ""RMA"" number before you ship your items back to us. Items returned without an ""RMA"" number will cause a delay in processing and possible refusal. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted unless authorization has been issued by our customer service through eBay.

Please note that these AC kits will only fit the vehicles original AC compressors ( OEM ) and will not fit an aftermarket compressors.

We do not want you to waste your time taking apart your compressor only to find out the kit did not fit because your compressor is an aftermarket and not original, and then for you to pay return shipping to return the item. 

If you are not sure whether or not your AC compressor is an original, please send us a picture of the manufacture label on the compressor and we can confirm for you.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. In cases of buyers remorse, Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. eBay may offer a return shipping label at a fee, but the buyer can ship the item back with any courier they choose. Please make sure to mark your item as shipped and to upload the return tracking number into the eBay return. This way eBay knows the return has been shipped back and the return will not time out and close. Once the item has been received it will be opened and inspected under video surveillance. If the item is not received back in the same brand new condition as it was sold, a restocking fee will be charged. The buyer is responsible for any damage caused by not properly packaging the return and or courier damage during return shipping. If any damage is present or the item shows signs of installation or any type of wear, a restocking fee will be charged and the video and photos of the damage will be sent to eBay.
