Warranties begin on the date of your receipt of delivery and continues for the specifice period of time, or volume of use, whichever is sooner and depending on the length and terms of warranty.  Please be aware that warranty may expire before the expiration date if volume use and volume exceed the prescribed volume allowances.

All warranty service must be requested through Support via email at SUPPORT@EMBOSS.CARDS.  Customers must cooperate & communcate with our service technicians reasonably for them to determine likely issues and best remedy.  Cooperation may include providing information such as serial number, volume/ card or click counts, Error codes as well as photographs and video of the device demonstrating its condition and operation.

MUST BE SHIPPED IN ORIGINAL BOXING / PACKING:

RETAIN YOUR BOXING AND PACKING.  If it becomes necessary to ship your item for service, you must repack it in the original boxing and packing that we shipped it to you.  If you do not retain the boxing, you will be required to pay the cost of sending you replacement boxing and packing.

All service, including warranty service, is provided at our Fort Worth, Texas facility only.  We do not authorize or reimburse for local maintenance, service, repairs or other tech support.  Any unauthorized repairs or service obtained outside of our facility and staff may void your warranty.  Contact Support before having any work done on your equipment.

NOTE:  Warranty does not include normal routine maintenance.  Routine manufacture recommended maintenance is required in order to maintain your warranty.  Failure to perform maintenance may void your warranty.  Warranty is not a service contract and does provide or come in lieu of recommended and required periodic or use related maintenance.  Please request complete details for your particular device.
