An auction is a contract and the winning bidder is obliged to complete the transaction. We expect contact from the buyer within 24 hours of the close of the auction. We use the Terms & Conditions of the Fair Trading Act of VIC as the basis of resolving any problems associated with this transaction and will resolve any matters according to these well accepted and fair guidelines. Warranty is Return to Base (RTB) - that is, the goods must be returned to us at the buyers expense, unless specified as otherwise in our advertisement. 	Freight and Shipping
	** Pickup from our Melbourne (Mount Waverley) warehouse is available for all goods advertised. There is no extra cost and pickup is from 10am-4pm Monday-Friday. ** Contact us for details on combining postage for additional items. All items purchased from us INCLUDE INSURANCE. Goods will generally be dispatched within 3 business days after payment. Our Postage and Freight methods used are as follows: Domestic: Australia Post is used for all deliveries under 20KG in weight. If you are not at home to sign for the parcel it will be left at your local post office. Startrack Express or Border Express is used for all over 20KG or bulky items. These items need to be signed for during business hours. If a delivery is unsuccessful and a second delivery needs to be organised we reserve the right to charge a second delivery fee as charged to us by our freighter.
