not have a handling charge on shipments within the USA. I charge $2 handling for
International shipping due to the necessity of processing labels individually +
customs paperwork, and an occasional required trip to the Post Office. If I
make a mistake and you are overcharged for shipping, I will refund you the
difference, but if it looks wrong, please contact me before you pay...it is
easier.
