Hi this auction is for a SRAM X7, front gear shifter pod from a 3 x 9 speed set up.  The mounting bracket appears to be completely removable, which I'm guessing allows use of a matchmaker setup with Avid brakes.  The item is in very good, used condition, with only a few very minor cosmetic marks as expected from its purpose. Performance is great, with a really confident clunking shift.  All adjustment screws, etc are free moving. UNLIKE REAR SHIFTERS, THE FRONT SHIFTERS ARE FULLY COMPATIBLE WITH SHIMANO OR SRAM SHIFTERS.

I converted my hardtail to single speed for the winter, and as as it still appears to be winter, I'm sticking with it and selling my gears to fund another project.
