Returns
are accepted for whatever reason within 14 days of the buyer receiving
the product. Exchanges are also possible, for example,
if a garment is in the wrong size.

initiate a return or exchange, buyer must contact the seller on eBay or
via email to advise that they wish to return or exchange
the product, and also send the product back to the seller within 14
days of receiving the product.
The
seller will reimburse the buyer for cost of return shipping (unless
unreasonable), provided the buyer lets the seller know about
these costs and retains shipping invoice as proof of cost incurred.
The
seller will provide a refund (where applicable) and/ or reimburse costs
of return shipping within 7 days of the seller receiving
