1965 Signed photo of Bob Velchek (1929-2012), while an inmate in the Indiana State Prison. He murdered his sister in 1953. He signed the front and back of the photo. On the back, he wrote a message to a minister who had a positive influence on his life. Velchek was editor of the "Lake Shore Outlook," a newspaper for prisoners published in the prison.
