"C" nav was used in early production MY 2000 W220s, and the last CD set for "C" nav, Q 6 46 0191, was updated in 2004. "C" nav discs are NO LONGER UPDATED.
Here is how to check to make sure what Navigation System you have: Press the Detour ( “ DETR” ) button on the COMAND upper-right keypad. The C navigation has only the “Traffic Jam” option. The D navigation system has both the “Traffic Jam” as well as the “Detour in Route” option.
