For Warranty Service during the Initial Warranty Period, please contact Seller and obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return instructions then return product prepaid with purchase receipt. After the Initial Warranty Period and until end of limited warranty period (extended warranty period, see above) Seller may repair non discontinued product at no labor/handling charges but may charge for parts.
