We ship daily at Savvy because we know you want your gear quickly for weekend games or to give as gifts. All packages are sent via Registered Post which will require a signature on delivery. If nobody is at the address to accept delivery, the postie will leave a red card with pick up details from your nearest Australia Post Office.

Delivery times

Once your order leaves our warehouse you should receive it within 2-7 business days, depending on your location (Australian orders only). If you're still waiting after days, please send us a message via the eBay messaging system.

Express Post

If you need your item quickly, we recommend selecting Express Post, which is a Guaranteed Next Day delivery service by Australia Post (excludes handling time). If you are unsure if your postcode is in the next day delivery zone, you can view the Express Post network by australia post and scrolling down to Express Post delivery zones.

International Purchases

International shipping rates depend on the country and the item/s you are interested in purchasing. If you are interested in purchasing one item, the international shipping rate will display at checkout. For more than one item, postage cost will depend on the total weight of your parcel and the parcels destination. Please contact us prior to purchasing for an exact postage quote.

Every country has different laws when it comes to import tax. If your country charges tax on import goods, it is the responsibility of the person receiving the goods to pay these charges. Some countries withhold goods until these charges are paid, we recommend you check how your country processes these charges before making a purchase.

We understand that selecting the right fit when buying online can sometimes be challenging. In each listing we provide sizing charts and measurements to aid in this selection process. However, in the event that your purchase doesn’t fit, below are our terms:

Exchange / Return Conditions:

• We will happily accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase
• Goods must be returned in original packaging with all the swing tags still attached in a new, unworn condition.
• An item which appears worn, damaged or missing swing tags and is not returned in the same condition it was sent out will not be accepted for exchange or return and will be sent back to the buyer.
• Exchanges: If you need to exchange your item for another size, send us a message through the eBay messaging system and we can arrange an exchange. Please note that you will need to pay for the item to be sent back to us, and also provide a self-addressed, prepaid satchel for your items return.

Returns: The buyer will be responsible for all postage charges for returning the item to us. We strongly recommend the use of Registered Post for any returns. Savvy Supporter cannot be responsible for any items lost in transit.
