    • An auction is a contract and the winning bidder is obliged to complete the transaction.

    ** Pickup from our Melbourne (Mount Waverly) warehouse is available for all goods advertised. There is no extra cost and pickup is from 10am-4pm Monday-Friday. **

     All items purchased from us INCLUDE INSURANCE. Goods will generally be dispatched within 3 business days after payment.

    Our Postage and Freight methods used are as follows:

    Domestic:
    • Australia Post is used for all deliveries under 20KG in weight. If you are not at home to sign for the parcel it will be left at your local post office.
    • Startrack Express or Border Express is used for all over 20KG or bulky items. These items need to be signed for during business hours. If a delivery is unsuccessful and a second delivery needs to be organised we reserve the right to charge a second delivery fee as charged to us by our freighter.
    International:
    DUTIES AND TAXES MAY BE APPLICABLE IN YOUR COUNTRY - FOR FURTHER INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS TO CLARIFY. THE BUYER IS LIABLE FOR ALL DUTIES PAYABLE.
