  • Bank Cheque, Personal/Company Cheque (Goods will only be shipped once cheques have cleared.).

Freight and Shipping





Most of our items - unless otherwise stated - are available with worldwide shipping (barring some exclusions).  We use a combination of Australia Post and Courier services depending on size, weight and value of the item.  We also offer free pickup.
In many instances we are able to offer postage discounts for multiple items.  Please contact us to see if your purchases are eligible.
Goods will generally be dispatched within 3 business days after payment. Should you require priority dispatch please contact us. Charges may apply.

Our Postage and Freight methods used are as follows:

Collection
  • Pickup from our Melbourne (Mount Waverley) warehouse is available between 10:00am - 4:00pm, weekdays only.
  • Collection is strictly by appointment. Our contact details and address will be provided during the checkout process.
  • Payment via cash or credit card is available upon collection.

    • Domestic:
  • Australia Post is most commonly used for smaller deliveries. If you are not at home to sign for the parcel it will be left at your local post office.
  • For bulky and heavier items a courier may be used. These items need to be signed for during business hours. If a delivery is unsuccessful and a second delivery needs to be organised we reserve the right to charge a second delivery fee as charged to us by our freighter.
  • In the event that a properly addressed item is returned as "not collected" additional postage fee may be payable to have the item re-delivered.

    • International:
  • Australia Post is most commonly used for smaller deliveries. If you are not at home to sign for the parcel it will be left at your local post office.
  • For bulky and heavier items a courier may be used. These items need to be signed for during business hours. If a delivery is unsuccessful and a second delivery needs to be organised we reserve the right to charge a second delivery fee as charged to us by our freight company.
