In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). All returns must obtain RMA# from us prior to returning the product.

Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable. For free shipping items, the actual shipping cost occurred will be deducted from refund.
