This is a stunning vintage Victorian Revival brooch featuring an ornate openwork filigree frame in dark silver tone metal.  At the center is a striking oval reverse-carved glass intaglio hand painted with a rose.  The frame is accented with clear rhinestones and salmon colored glass cabochons.  The brooch measures 3 1/4" and is unmarked.  May be a Czech piece? New white giftbox included.  Perfect for a gift or your collection!
