• Dead Pixels in Screens: We sell top quality products, but we don’t warranty or guarantee NO Dead Pixel Policy unless stated otherwise
• All consumables such as paper or ink, are NOT covered by warranty 
• Physical damage: No physical will be covered by warranty. Physical damage includes but not limited to liquid damage, unauthorised repairs, improper installation, damage during delivery, power surge, power brownouts, electric shorting and damage from third party devices
• Compatibility issues: Buyer’s responsibility to insure compatibility before purchasing 
• Braking warranty seals will void your warranty immediately
• Return delivery costs, customer is entirely responsible of shipping costs 

• Customer to contact us via email or phone, please allow up to 48 hrs for email response
• We will determine the source of the problem
• If the item is faulty,  customer to ship it back to us at their own costs
• We will replace repair the faulty item
• If for any reason we can’t replace or fix the fault, a refund or credit will be issued to the buyer minus 25% restocking fees

• We only ship Monday to Friday excluding public holidays
• We will dispatch within 48hrs
