This item is backed by our 365 DAY WARRANTY. System has been installed with a fresh Windows, Restaurant Point of Sale software and is loaded with a bunch of applications (please see below). All the drivers are installed and up to date.

This series is a multi-functional, fully integrated all-in-one POS system indended to meet the needs of different market segments. It consists of a pos terminal (equipped with various Energy/Performance balance CPUs (Core i3/i5/i7), a high-speed 250mm/sec thermal receipt printer and a dual-line vacuum fluorescent customer pole display.
The Zircon POS supplies a 15 inch full flat touch screen LCD monitor to provide its user a better viewing experience and optimal spill proof performance. The i-button and magnetic stripe card reader (MSR) are also embedded seamlessly into the housing for higher-level operation.

What is covered under warranty?
- All NEW items sold in our store are covered by 12mths limited hardware warranty unless stated otherwise
- All NEW items sold contain batteries such as laptops has 6mths limited battery warranty unless stated otherwise
- All USED items sold in our store are covered by 3mths limited hardware warranty unless stated otherwise
- Some items may carry forward manufacturer’s warranty
- Hardware ONLY
What is NOT covered under warranty?
- Software
- All USED items sold contain batteries such as laptops has NO battery warranty unless stated otherwise
- Dead Pixels in Screens: We sell top quality products, but we don’t warranty or guarantee NO Dead Pixel Policy unless stated otherwise
- All consumables such as paper or ink, are NOT covered by warranty
- Physical damage: No physical will be covered by warranty. Physical damage includes but not limited to liquid damage, unauthorised repairs, improper installation, damage during delivery, power surge, power brownouts, electric shorting and damage from third party devices
- Compatibility issues: Buyer’s responsibility to insure compatibility before purchasing
- Braking warranty seals will void your warranty immediately
- Return delivery costs, customer is entirely responsible of shipping costs
Warranty Procedures
- Customer to contact us via email or phone, please allow up to 48 hrs for email response
- We will determine the source of the problem
- If the item is faulty, customer to ship it back to us at their own costs
- We will replace repair the faulty item
- If for any reason we can’t replace or fix the fault, a refund or credit will be issued to the buyer minus 25% restocking fees

Shipping Procedures
- We only ship Monday to Friday excluding public holidays
- We will dispatch within 48hrs
- We will NOT be liable for shipping delays by shipping companies
- If you are not sure of delivery costs, please contact us first before purchasing
- Delivery costs include handling fees
- Shipping and return shipping is not refundable
- Multiple items purchased maybe combined to save on shipping costs
- Buyers shouldn’t accept damaged or opened packages unless the contents are checked and to your satisfaction
- All shipments DO NOT include insurance, if a a buyer wishers to purchase insurance the please make sure you contact prior purchasing
- We will ship to the address of your paypal account, please make sure update your details before purchasing. We aren’t responsible if we receive the wrong address, additional charges will apply if re-shipping is required
- All items are in stock and will be dispatched from our warehouse in 48 hours of your payment being received. Please note that items purchased on weekends or public holidays are despatched the next working day. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our couriers or Australia Post
- A local pickup will NOT incur any delivery or handling charges unless stated otherwise. Please ring or email to arrange a pickup
- We will provide an item tracking number as soon as the item is ready for shipping
