Some of the items I am listing have slight variations on texture colour and material as every item has its own unique look and charasteristics.
These should not be regarded as a defect.

- Payments must be made within 4 days after the auction ends.

Returns
- All items can be returned for a refund on the cost of the item ONLY or exchange within 14 days of purchase ONLY IF the item is in original packing and condition, unworn and with all labels/tags intact.
- Please note that I DO NOT provide a free return service unless it was caused by me(wrong/faulty item).
- Your return will not be refunded if there are signs of wear, marks or scent.
- I will refund cost of the item excluding the postage fees .
- Please contact me first before returning the items.
- Once refund is agreed by both sides, I will trasfer the money back into account it came from , followed by a confirmation e-mail.
- All return items must be sent by Recorded Signed for.
- All return items are carefully checked.
- Please keep the receipt of postage for refund, I may ask for receipt as a proof of dispatch if not delivered within 7 days.
- I DO NOT pay for the items that are lost/not arrived. Be patient as some countries may take longer to deliver.
