We have a perfect 100% positive feedback within USA . We stopped shipping international after a few impatient buyers expected fast shipping while not willing to pay for Express shipping. We are dealing with pre-owned / used / vintage timepieces and it is very difficult to guarantee that it will be in perfect working condition after we have shipped them. We do not guarantee waterproof, inherent defects, or time accuracy. You are expected to let your watch repairer service it, whenever required.

We accept returns within 7 days, in same status as shipped. Preapproval required for a return, do not try to repair or even open any watch if you intend to return it!
For straps and buckles, please check the size properly and carefully. We are having a high rate of return because of wrong size measuring. We do not refund shipping / insurancce fee if you return a strap because of size measure mistake by the buyer.
I do my best to answer as many questions as possible but cannot answer every email received as I travel a lot and get flooded with junk offers. I do have somebody taking care of orders all the time but emails and business communication comes to me only.
