This is a VERY UNIQUE ESTATE ENGAGEMENT RING that was made in the ART DECO style (post 1950) from PLATINUM. The ring is set with 1 BRILLIANT CUT DIAMOND (center) of J color, SI2 clarity that weighs .90 ct. and the weight is engraved in the shank. This diamond measures 6.7 mm with the bezel setting and it is VERY CLEAR and EYE CLEAN. The ring is detailed with 12 NATURAL BLUE SAPPHIRES in TWO COLORS that weigh approx. .80 ctw. These sapphires are VARIOUS SHAPED FRENCH CUTS of very fine quality. This ring has three levels in it’s design: The lowest level has the darkest blue color and the middle level has the medium blue color. The top level is set with 4 OLD MINE CUT DIAMONDS and there are an additional 3 OLD MINE CUT DIAMONDS on each side of the shank. All of these diamonds have I color, SI2 clarity with a total weight of approx. .24 ctw. The total diamond weight in the ring is approx. 1.35 carats The top of the ring measures 14.83 mm in diameter.
