Unusual Metal Cherub Wall or Garden Plaque

This is a charming and unusual raised relief metal cherub wall plaque or garden plaque.The pattern is raised another inch in a lot of places. It has exquisite detail, the flowers, leaves and the child's face is serene and angelic. The high relief of the cherub in the center makes it all the more outstanding. It measures 12-1/4" high, 9-3/4" wide and 1-3/4" deep. There is a hole on each end and the center of the sides, on the rim, where it can be attached. It looks like someone chromed this, which is wearing off to reveal a silver metal underneath. It is made of a heavy metal of some sort, maybe iron?
