If you are looking for "real" leather upholstery, then you will want to purchase from an aftermarket company that offers real leather as their product such as Katzkin. Vehicle lines that have "real" leather in their product is your higher in vehicles such as Mercedes top of the line trim level, Porsche, Lamborghini, Bentley and more. Outside of that your other vehicle brands carry the lesser and this is industry practice and standard.

Return Policy
Return shipping : You will be provided with a return shipping label and that will be deducted from your refund.
Item must be returned within : 30 Days

Returns MUST USE EBAY RETURNS SYSTEM TO INITIATE A RETURN
· Previously installed parts, parts altered in any manner, or parts returned missing pieces that were apart of what was original sale, are not eligible for return.
· All other parts must be in a re-sellable condition: must be in its original packaging, not having been installed, and the part number label not damaged. Buyer will be notified once a return part is received.
· If eligible for return, we will process a refund, minus 20% restock fee where applicable. If it is deemed ineligible for return, Buyer will be notified immediately and will have 5 business days to provide either a shipping label for return or pay through PayPal the cost of shipping the ineligible return to be sent back. If the 5 business days pass without shipping provided by Buyer, the part will be disposed.
Defective Returns:
UPS requires multiple photos of the item where there are issues including the box it was shipped in.Items that have been received that are defective, broken, missing pieces, wrong, or any other issues will need to be handled through the eBay return process.
Buyer will need to initiate the return for the issue(s) with the item(s). This will put documentation in place and protects both the buyer and seller.
UPS process for investigations is 1-8 business days. Once an investigation is opened you must be available to speak with UPS if they reach out to you in regards to the issue with the package or they will not process the claim.
