A vintage postcard from Frith’s Series depicting the shrine and watching chamber at St Alban’s Abbey.

The face has a gloss finish and is black and white but with touches of colour on the flowers in the image. It has not been used and is blank on the reverse apart from the publisher accreditations. It is copyrighted to F Frith & Co. Ltd., of Reigate.

We believe it dates to the early to mid 1900s. It is in fairly good condition given its age but has some signs of handling including a slight mark centre left - see photos. It has a code number: 70469.
