1) Please understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays in transit after a package has been surrendered & a tracking number was provided.

2) Ask any & all questions, especially specific special requests prior to purchase. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for our inability to accommodate a certain request after payment has been made.

3) Please contact us to discuss alternate payment methods.

4) Because of the meticulous care we take in packing, please understand that it may take up to 10 business days from cleared payment for your item to be shipped out.

5) All shipped items require insurance.

Terms for International Purchase

We are pleased at the opportunity to service international clients, please read the following prior to purchase:

 All international buyers must contact us with their post code for accurate shipping rates prior to purchase.

Items of $250USD and up:

1) PayPal payments can only be accepted if the item is shipped with full insurance.

2) Import taxes and customs fees are solely the responsibility of the buyer. If you have any questions, please contact your country’s customs department to inquire about your duty responsibility.

  Items between $50 and $250:

1) Priority or Express Mail or private carrier (BAX Global, FedEx, UPS, etc.) only.

2) No First Class Mail. NO EXCEPTIONS.
