This base has been lovingly hand crafted and hand cast in polyurethane plastic resin offering a truly customized look to enhance your Star Wars collectible. The base has been designed to represent the rocky and sandy environment of Tatooine / Jakku -  complete with battle wreckage!

This display base has been lovingly hand crafted and hand cast in Polyurethane plastic resin to fit the Hasbro Black Series Sandtroopers. The display base also works with Luke in Stormtrooper disguise - some of the figurines in this range have different peg hole shapes in the feet – use caution if you are sanding the display peg or making adjustments to your figurines peg holes to use on stands. This display is based on s standard 3mm peg.(modified slightly prior to casting)

Important: This custom base is made from a durable cast polyurethane resin, this base is supplied painted only and is supplied without flock or water-effects materials or other finishes. The bases supplied are custom painted by hand and may differ slightly from the ones shown in the photographs.

The intricate detail of these custom bases and the process of resin casting by hand means that in some rare cases a few minor defects may exist in the final casts in the form of small air bubbles or mould lines/flashing. Where possible I have tried to eliminate as much of these imperfections as possible and each base has had a very light sanding to remove the most of this. These very minor casting imperfections  can be easily fixed with a small amount of modelling putty and a hobby knife/sandpaper. As with most cast products some clean up and final preparation before painting is normally required.  Preparation is the key to a great looking model and base!

Take sensible precautions in any clean up, wear a dust mask when sanding or drilling into polyurethane resins in a well ventilated area.
