IMPORTANT: We looked at samples from many different manufacturers before we found a clasp that met our exacting quality standards, but not all sellers are as discerning as we are.  As a result there are many inferior copies of these clasps for sale online, some even carrying TAG Heuer branding!  They invariably have loose, sharp-edged buttons, a sloppy mechanism, and the clasp lock does not engage and disengage smoothly.  One way to check (although it's not the only identifier) is to look at the hole for the spring bar in the clasp body - if it is drilled all the way through (the cheap and easy way to do it) instead of only on the inside like the originals, it is a cheap copy. Remember that you get what you pay for - a clasp costing £20 or £25 is almost certainly going to leave you disappointed, unless you have very low standards!

We are confident that the clasps we sell are far superior to the inferior versions sold elsewhere. We believe they are comparable in quality to originals costing £200 or more, and as a result we offer a 12-month replacement warranty against defects. 

These deployment clasps are for use with the 20/18 and 19/18 mm straps we offer for fitment to the Tag Heuer Carrera and the 22/18 mm straps we offer for the Grand Carrera, Monaco & Targa Florio models.  

They can also be used in conjuction with the aforementioned straps to fit any other watches requiring straps of the same width (22-, 20- or 19 mm) at the watch end with a thickness no more than 2.25 mm at the clasp end. 

NB: Please note that these clasps can ONLY be used with the above models & straps; they cannot be used with the Monza, Carrera 18mm, Kirium or 6000 Series Straps. 

PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT THEY CANNOT BE USED WITH THE THICKER STRAPS WE OFFER FOR USE WITH THE FC5037 & FC5039 CLASPS!
