Shipping

We use

Shipping:

• 96% of orders are dispacthed next day.
• We ship using Australia Post e-Parcel Service and Fastway courier(domestic only) all our parcels. You will be notified by email once the item is shipped.

Domestic:

• Delivery charges vary. Kindly check the individual listings for details.
• Insurance is optional but buyers are encouraged to include insurance.

Delivery times:

• In  our experience, items get delivered to most locations within 7 to 9  working days. Please allow this time for the item to be delivered.
• If it takes longer kindly contact us as soon as possible via EBay.
• We  assume no liability if insurance option is not selected. A tracking  code can only be provided when the insurance option is selected.

International:

• International  deliveries take 7 to 10 days to Asia  2 to 3 weeks-USA and Canada 3 to 4  weeks-Europe, Middle East and South America, Africa.
• Please note that this is the longest the parcel is likely to take,to arrive to the destination.
• Most  deliveries occur before these time periods. International  Insurance:$9.50 This insurance is optional. But if you need online  tracking of your item, you are encouraged to opt for insurance.
• If insurance option is not selected a customs docket number will be provided.
• All international items will be sent using AIRMAIL.  AIRMAIL is speedy and efficient.
• We do not assume any liability if insurance option is not selected.
• Though it is rare, if the item goes missing, we will do our best to help you to track the item down.

AustSport offer a complete guarantee.If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can confidently return the item to us for a full refund.

Our full returns and refunds policy states:

If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of delivery, unused in its original packaging, together with the receipt. AustSport/LAEMA Sports owns and operates a manufacturing facility producing for world wide brands in Boxing, MMA, Indoor Sports, Volleyball, Cricket, Beach Sports, Sports Wear, Fitness, Gym Gear, Netball, Rugby League, Rugby Union, AFL. We also outsource some production where we do not specialize in manufacturing.

We appreciate the importance of quality control and getting thing right the first time, every time. Our own manufacturing facilities and large buying power allows us to maintain a consistent high excellence of production and quality control as well as continuous improvement. Items are sampled and inspected at various stages of production, prior to export and then prior to dispatch to our customers. This process ensures that the items manufactured as desired, any faults rectified and product improvement where necessary.

Our products are sold worldwide and used by all spectrums of the market. This includes young children starting out in various sports to the casual user, instructors, gyms and amateurs and professionals.

Returns/Refunds:

We're proud to be selling high-quality products and hope you'll enjoy using them. However, we also know that there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought in error.

Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used as many items such as our uniforms cannot be returned once used.

We also recommend that you keep your invoice which we send with your items as this is required for any after sales enquiry or returns.

All return items must be in the original wrappings and unused, therefore we make a special mention to be very careful when unwrapping the items to keep the wraps intact. Please keep hold of the original packaging that the item(s) were delivered in as you will need to return the item in the manner that it was received.

This is put in place to allow you a closer inspection of the item you bought at a distance. It also allows us to be able to re-sell the item as brand new. If the item is not resalable as new then we cannot issue a refund.

It is important that you know that the warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover problems created through misuse or lack of care.

If an item requires installing we will not take any responsibility if the item is damaged whilst being installed. Please note that our original postage costs are non-refundable under any circumstance. The cost of transporting the returned item to us is at the buyer?s expense.

We are happy to swap unsuitable items ? just post the goods back to us unused and in their original packaging. All we ask is that you contribute to our postage costs will are generally around $6.00 for smaller items and $12.00 for larger items.
