2. Please do not request a lower value for the shipment - we always declare the full insurance value on every item in case of loss or damage during delivery.
3. The purchaser must make an official complaint to the Post Office in the event of receiving a damaged delivery. This is essential to get a full refund. If you get a parcel that has been opened or damaged, you must check the contents in the presence of the postman and ask him to provide a Damaged Delivery Report.
4. In the event that a parcel gets lost in the Post (and after we get official confirmation of this), we guarantee you a FULL REFUND. We will then make a complaint to Post Office.
5. Shipping time depends of destination. Delivery to some places (such as Australia, Asia, USA for example) usually takes about two weeks by Priority Post.
6. We always send you an email confirming dispatch with a tracking number.
7. All items are packed in a safe and proper manner to avoid any damage during shipment.
