PAYMENT TERMS: Payments are due within 5 days of auction closing or the item may be removed from your order and sold to someone else. We accept payments through PayPal only. We ship to confirmed addresses only. Sales Tax will be charged for shipments to CA only. All other states are tax free. Resale Permits are not accepted. 

RETURN POLICY

We guarantee the item you purchase is the item we described here. If in any case you are not satisfied with the merchandise, please contact us immediately. We will contact you immediately with an RMA number. All returns for brand new and unopened items are at BUYER'S expense.  A return request must be completed 7 days after you received the item. Full refund will be applied.

We leave POSITIVE feedbacks 48 hours after we've received the payment. If there are problems regarding the item, please contact us first at the email provided above and let us try to resolve the problem before leaving a neutral or negative feedback. We really need your positive feedback and five stars as we are committed to you full satisfaction after the purchase.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Our office is open from Mondays to Fridays at 9AM to 6PM only. If you happen to buy an item on weekend, please expect the shipment to be processed the next business day (usually Monday). We can ship to any street address within the continental United States (Alaska and Hawaii will incur significant additional shipping costs). NO APO, FPO or PO BOX ADDRESSES.
