How quickly can I get my order?
We understand receiving IT equipment on time is critical to most of our clients. Expedited order processing and rush shipping services are available. Most orders placed before 2PM usually ship same business day
Shipping services within the UK: For the majority of Mainland UK, Delivery is Next business day for orders placed before 2.00pm. Smaller items sent via Royal Mail can be sent pre 9.00am or pre 1.00pm. Same Day delivery options are also available on request.

Your order will not ship until payment has been approved by our Accounts Department. If they are having difficulty in confirming the card used is registered to the address you have supplied they may request a form of identification to be faxed to us
Your delivery address must be the same as it appears on the statement for the payment card used.
We are unable to ship to a different address to that of the cardholder address!! These guidelines are set out by us as a protection policy for our customer's.
