1- Double track plaster tunnel entrance - finely detailed and painted to look like old time         timber and beam construction. One outside leg was removed to fit layout landscape and needs to be re-glued. 

1- large white plaster "solid rock" tunnel entrance - ( has crack repair that should disappear with re-painting.

1- pile of several wooden "timbers" that were used to create wooden trestle span

1- Bachmann Dual Crossing Gate -( # 46-1214 ) with flashing lights and bell- One of the crossing light standards needs to be reglued) ** this piece will not work with Marklin engine - which is center rail powered.

1- Pola-Quick-B812 Saw Mill - additional part in plastic bag in picture.  The brown roofed building behind the Burlington Mills is part of this nicely detailed scene.

I tested the locomotive and transformer - other switches were working as of last usage- eyeball test of track looked good to okay- tried to note any defects in parts descriptions. I tried to price this at 1/2 of current values online.
