GBS-8200 video scaler (latest available model HD9800) with custom RGB SCART modification and composite sync stripper circuit. This device can be used to play your video games or any 15khz RGB signal (amiga, commodore, nintendo, sega, sony playstations, neogeo etc etc) on a VGA monitor or HDTV with VGA (15pin) input. It also has an audio output socket on it, to output the SCART audio back to your audio system.

Inputs available: YPbPr (component), VGA 15khz, SCART RGB - or arcade game cabinets but you may need to alter some wiring to connect into an arcade game cabinet. You can also connect composite video to the Y (green) plug, but it will only be in black & white. * I can solder on an 8 pin mini din socket, like on the XRGB mini framemeister, but you will need to arrange that with me *

It has incredibly low lag for a scaler and works very well, with many options available in the menus. You can easily set the language to english in the options and play around with the levels if you wish, but it works just fine as is.

I performed some lag tests (using a Sony PVM compared to a gaming LCD monitor) and this is very suitable for all enthusiasts as the lag is very low, outputting to the LCD monitor and considered excellent in terms of input lag.
