WHITE GLOSS VINYL ROLL
10m x 0.61m ROLL OF HIGH GRADE SELF ADHESIVE VINYL

What is it?
A superior quality calendered signmaking vinyl similar to sticky back plastic or fablon.
The film has a permanent sticky adhesive backing and is only 70 microns thick (0.07mm).
This industry standard vinyl is suitable for internal or external applications onto flat or slightly curved surfaces.
Easily cut with scalpel, scissors and ideal for cad cut plotters.

What can it be used for?
Our vinyls are suitable for cad plotters, vehicle graphics, covering items around the home & crafts.

Application, a few helpful pointers...
Vehicles, windows (inc/ frost) & other non porous materials ; Make sure vehicle is free from wax, grease and dirt. 
Using a spray bottle with weak mix of washing up liquid and water, soak the panel and even the sticky side of the vinyl, apply vinyl and squeegee out the water.
This process allows for easy repositioning and removal of air bubbles.  Allow to dry and work edges using a heat gun where required.
Cabinet doors & porous materials; Cut desired size, make sure the area is clean and free of grease.  Peel the backing away be careful not to crease and lay over the item to be covered.  Working from one end slowly squeegee the vinyl removing all air bubbles.  Wrap edges, use a heat gun if required, then seal with clear nail varnish if you are unsure of the bond.
